WebQuest Assessment
Trying to assess students with distance learning can be a difficult task. The question arises: How do you ensure students have learned the material that they need to learn through distance learning? Another concern may be that assessing students nontraditionally is not possible. This is not true and you can assess students through virtual or distance learning in fun and engaging ways! For example, you can create a WebQuest for your students to work through. At the end of that WebQuest, assign students a hands-on activity to complete. You can learn more about Webquests by reading about them in Non-traditional assessments in our blog or by watching the video below!

You can access a WebQuest that has already been created. A rubric is also included in the WebQuest. You can access the WebQuest here.
**This WebQuest can be used when teaching students about the inventions during The Industrial Revolution.
