Ms. Hunt reads "The Most Magnificent Thing" by Ashley Spires. Have you ever wondered what it takes to be an inventor? Well, there's a little girl with a trusty assistant who has it figured out... After reading this book to students, have them select a historical figure who invented something the world still uses today. Let students write about the historical figure and why that person was able to create the invention that they did.
