Fitness Bingo:

This activity was created to include all students, even those who do not have internet access during uncertain times. The students are being challenged to get BINGO in atleast one direction. This is expected to take one day to get BINGO in one direction. Once the students have it in one direction, they can try and get it in every direction. 

 

 

 

 

 1 Week Fitness Challenge:

Day 1: 10 push ups & 10 burpees

Day 2: Run 1/2 mile & time it 

Day 3: 15 push ups & 15 burpees 

Day 4: Run 1/2 mile & beat day 2 

Day 5: Rest Day

Day 6: 100 Jump & Jacks and 15 squat jumps

Day 7: Run 1 mile and time it

1 Week Nutrition Challenge: 

Day 1: No Soda

Day 2: No soda & No Chips

Day 3: No Soda, No Chips, No Chocolate

Day 4: Cheat Day

Day 5: No Greasy Foods (fried)

Day 6: Only healthy foods
